Hello! This is still Louise! I hope you are all well.
I have been retraining over the past 6 years, and have moved into the world of health and wellbeing!
I now support and lead individuals, and groups, to transform their lives!!
I offer support to anyone and everyone (please reach out if you would like to chat), however, for clarity, on this page, I will be specialising in supporting females, generally 40+ to 140, from the mayhem that midlife brings to the magic that is also possible!
I am a qualified Reiki Master and Reflexologist and will be offering sessions in my home in the coming days/weeks.
I am also accredited in other modalities and I will be sharing those with you in due course.
The purpose of this page is to support, mainly, women experiencing the rocky 'Midlife Storm', and leading them along the pathway to the 'Sea of Serenity'.
I would love you to stay in the group! I also understand that some of you may not be in that demographic I describe!
