La palabra "Yoga" en sánscrito significa vínculo entre la materia y el espíritu, es la relación que se establece en un contexto Sagrado con la Fuente de la creación y la creación misma y la gratitud es el primer y más importante paso hacia lograr este vínculo. Recordar nuestro origen sagrado, eterno, feliz y lleno de conocimiento es la forma más elevada de consciencia que se expresa a través de la gratitud constante.
