We all have mantras, even if we don’t call them that.
Some of the most common ones I hear when it comes to decluttering?
“I don’t have enough time.” “I don’t have the energy.” “I can’t do this.” “I’m not enough.”
Debi Robinson reminds us that those words don’t just stay in the mind; the body hears them too. And over time, that kind of self-talk affect our health and the health of our home, so try this mantra instead... I am safe. I have enough. I am enough.
