all levels of students and endeavour to ensure you have a wonderful experience here at The Treehouse. In the words of my Master, Yoga is "a way to be happy". Yoga can be viewed as an art, a science, a philosophy, a medicine, a way of finding and maintaining a connection to your true self. Practicing Yoga enables you to take charge of your health and well-being, helping to not only build strength and flexibility but also releasing toxins and heavy energy from the body, as well as boosting the functioning of the entire body and mind. Yoga offers an attractive way of finding a moment of peace in our often busy modern lives.

Here it is, next week at The Treehouse Yoga, another 6 opportunities to come and practice with us.

Our collective of teachers have different styles of yoga to share with you, from sivananda to hatha to vinyasa. Pick one or come and try them all!

Every one is welcome, even if you have never done yoga in your life, we all have to start somewhere.

Yoga is for every body.

Age, gender, flexibility, strength, none of these matter.. all classes are designed for all levels. Do as much or as little as you want/feel/can. It's your class.

Showing up is what counts!

Join our teachers Monday through Saturday at 9am for group Yoga classes. Every body is welcome, even if you have never been to Yoga, we all have to start somewhere!
