No todo dolor de espalda se trata igual. La infiltración facetaria es una técnica de precisión que utilizamos para diagnosticar y aliviar el dolor originado directamente en las articulaciones de la columna.

⚠️ Este procedimiento no es para todos; se realiza bajo indicaciones médicas precisas cuando:
• El dolor es crónico (más de 3 meses).
• Existe un desgaste articular confirmado.
• Las terapias conservadoras (fisioterapia y fármacos) no han sido suficientes.

El objetivo es claro: reducir la inflamación para que puedas recuperar tu movilidad y continuar con tu rehabilitación.

A trimalleolar fracture is tough, but recovery is possible. For a young, active patient, the goal is 100% mobility.
Solution: surgery 🔪
• One-third tubular plate + screws.
• Result: A stable ankle, built to heal strong.
The roadmap: 🗓️
1. Weeks 0-6: rest and no weight-bearing.
2. Weeks 6+: physical therapy starts.
📌 Remember: surgery is 50% of the work; your rehab is the other 50%.

Solución: cirugía 🛠️
• RAFI con placa tercio de caña + tornillos.
• Resultado: un tobillo estable y listo para sanar.

🇬🇧 🇺🇸 Humeral shaft fractures are frequently caused by direct trauma or falls, leading to significant functional limitation. While conservative care is an option, surgical stabilization is often indicated to ensure early joint mobilization, better pain control, and a faster return to daily independence.

A fracture with an intact wedge pattern can be successfully treated by bridging the fracture zone. In this case, Antegrade Nailing was used as the definitive treatment. This technique provides relative stability, preserving the blood supply to the wedge and promoting secondary bone healing.

🇲🇽 🇪🇸 Las fracturas diafisarias del húmero suelen ser causadas por traumatismos directos o caídas, generando una limitación funcional significativa. Aunque el manejo conservador es una opción, la estabilización quirúrgica a menudo está indicada para asegurar una movilización articular temprana, un mejor control del dolor y un retorno más rápido a la independencia diaria.

Una fractura con un patrón de cuña intacta puede tratarse con éxito puenteando la zona de fractura. En este caso, utilizamos el Enclavado Anterógrado como tratamiento definitivo. Esta técnica proporciona estabilidad relativa, preservando el aporte sanguíneo a la cuña y promoviendo la consolidación ósea secundaria mediante la formación de callo.
