The Heart of the Rose 🌹

I dropped into meditation and found myself in the presence of Mary Magdalene. She brought my attention back to my heart and showed it to me as a rose.

A beautiful magenta rose.

Not something I needed to force open or fix.
Simply something that needed the right conditions to bloom.

Light. Warmth. Safety. Love.

As I focused on my own light and held that warmth, I watched the rose begin to open into its fullest expression.

Then one rose became a bouquet.

Different flowers. Different colours. Different shapes. Each in their own stage of blooming.

Some wide open.
Some just beginning.
Some still tightly held in the bud.

Each beautiful.
Each carrying its own fragrance.
Each contributing something that no other flower could.

The message became so clear.

My work isn’t to make anyone bloom.

It’s to tend the garden.

To keep choosing my own light.
To keep tending my own heart.
To hold the warmth and help create the conditions where other women feel safe enough to soften, open and become more fully themselves.

There was something so deeply Magdalene in this message.

A remembrance of the Divine Feminine that doesn’t ask us to compete, compare or become the same.

She asks us to return to the heart.

To remember our own medicine.
To honour the season we’re in.
To allow one another to bloom in our own timing and our own way.

When we gather like this, something magical happens.

The rose doesn’t become the wildflower.
The wildflower doesn’t need to become the rose.

Together, we become this beautiful bouquet.

A garden of feminine expression.
A village of women carrying different medicine.
A House where all of it belongs.

House of Medicine. 🌹

Perhaps that is what I’m really building.

Not a place where women come to become something else, but a place warm enough for each of us to bloom into who we already are.

🦁 8/8 Lion’s Gate… or cosmic clickbait?

Now before anyone comes for me, you know I love a little portal party. Give me all the astrology, ceremony, symbolism, oracle cards and a reason to dance barefoot under the moon… but…it’s all about alignment and intentions

The cosmic connection between Sirius and ancient Egypt is very real but the math just ain’t mathing when it comes to the lions gate portal date of August 8

If we really want to get nerdy about it, the heliacal rising of Sirius doesn’t land neatly on August 8th every year, and the ancient Egyptians weren’t working from our modern Gregorian calendar. Even the whole numerology of 8/8/8
just doesn’t add up:

2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1. So 2026 is a 1 year, not an 8 year.

TBH, after the sh*tshow 2026 has served thus far, I’ll happily take the energy of 1: new beginnings, fresh starts and a clean freaking slate. 😂

None of this means you can’t make today sacred. If 8/8 lights you up, light the candles. Write the intentions. Manifest your face off. Fill your boots. 🔥

Just don’t let spiritual FOMO convince you that the Universe closes the manifestation window at midnight.

Your power was never dependent on a date on a calendar.
