We had the privilege of being invited by the resort’s director, Aurora, to lead an immersive wellness day for her team—integrating yoga, breathwork, ice baths, and breakfast—as they prepare to offer this transformative experience to their guests.
You can always tell the true quality of a person and their leadership by the way they treat their team. Aurora’s warmth, integrity, and genuine respect for her people set an inspiring standard.
Stepping into freezing water is always a humbling practice. Yet without fail, the sense of camaraderie and deep empathy that fills the room afterward is profoundly moving. When guided with intention, cold exposure does more than test your limits—it unites people, builds resilience, and unlocks powerful self-awareness.
Immense gratitude to my brother Jorge for capturing this moment so cleanly—handling all the filming, original music, and editing—and to Leo for always having my back during our whole-body cryotherapy sessions.
