This trout in red chimichurri is the best I’ve had! The jar of smoked trout…yum I’ll be buying again!! I can’t wait to try the sardines in preserved lemon…wait there’s more… Emory picked out the best wine from Spain to go with all of this. Growing up in Spain I get a little picky and this is just what I asked for… thank you Emory! Let’s not forget the chocolate covered cherries from French Broad Chocolates in Asheville. Happy Valentines to me!!!
