I was asked recently what the difference is between twin flames & Soulmates, this is a big year for this very energy and many more of you may be asking the same question, and have or are about to embark on this journey, so let me explain.

Imagine a square piece of fabric that has been sectioned out in a grid like formation, as you look at this piece of fabric, imagine that you are the top right hand corner square.

• Soulmates - Are the piece of fabric that is sitting right next to you, it's right there, you have such a strong connection because you are right next to each other. Now imagine these two pieces of fabric being let loose separately into the world, and one day they bump into each other. You remember them, they feel so familiar, they are a very similar piece of fabric to you and you recognize them, but they are not you.

• Twin Flames - Look at this fabric again, bring your attention back to the top right hand corner, now imagine that that top right hand corner has been ripped in half, it's the piece of fabric that has been separated from itself. Now imagine these two pieces being let loose into the world, and one day they meet, this is you, you are from the very same piece of fabric, you will recognise this missing piece immediately, you will remember that they were once a part of you, that you were once whole and complete. You will instantly want to put yourself back together again as one whole piece. The connection is undeniable because they are very same piece of fabric as you.

The first 1-7 yrs of your life are the most important...

The first 7 years are the important stages of our childhood, why? because our minds are in a subconscious state, we are in alpha and theta brainwaves.

This means that we are not operating from a rational or critical mind, we are just accepting what we are learning from our environment without anlysis or rational thought. In the theta brainwave state we become highly suggestible to our environment.

Think about that as a young child, imagine a negative environment in varying degrees.... Imagine the thoughts, habits, belief systems and emotional memories that are being stored within the subconscious memory without any analysis, just accepatance.

This is where you are operating from as an adult....

They say children are like sponges, this is why....

Doing the work from our childhoods is so liberating 🍃🙏🏼

The importance of NON-ATTACHEMNT right now...

As I was writing my previous post a big piece of the puzzle slotted into place around non-attachment for me.

I have personally been moving though big transitions of having everything stripped away, blocked, or just something happening, in areas of my life that are important. I am very much in the unknown space.

I have realised that when we actually make peace and embody non attachment to any place, person or thing, then we actually start to become invincible. When you are at peace, in trust, and in gratitude for your all your experiences, when you release the attachment, the negative frequency beings start to have less and less ways of being able to manipulate you, when we master non attachment and the power of our minds we start to become completely sovereign beings.

So if you are going through a period of being stripped of the things you love, you are being asked to step into non attachment and love. To thank that experience and know that everything is ok. We don't need to be so attached to our things, to people, to stuff, even our animals. Everything has its own journey. Beings of love and light and high frequency, are not attached to anything. They are simply in love and awe of all things.

This is what we are being shown and taught right now. We are in the earth School, being guided from above. Try and step away and observe your experiences from the outside. Work on letting go of your attachment to whatever it might be, and trust in the highest good of all that is happening.

Remember everything happens for you, not to you, I know that can be a hard pill to swallow, bit it's true 🍃♥️

Closing out 2021.... Yes puuurrleeese

As we come to the end of 2021 and I look back at the year I have had, I can honestly say it's been one of the toughest I've had.

The police took our motorbike
My partner went through surgery and a cancer scare
We both had covid
I lost my 8 month old puppy to frog poisoning
It's been the hardest year financially and starting from scratch
Navigating a 3d/5d relationshipduribg a collective planetary shift
Navigating the collective energies as a highly sensitive empath
And finishing up with an intestinal infection (which was brutal)

😖😖😖 But I can put my hand on my heart and say I have healed, and released and opened up on deep levels, and as hard as it has been, I am still smiling and am grateful for all the lessons and expansion that has happened because of all the challenges, and of course there are high points too, but I have definitely had to take a lot of deep breaths this year, meditate a lot and dive deeper into myself.

I will be releasing the energies of 2021 with a burning ceremony to let it all go and to open the space for the 2022 energies to arrive. I invite you to do the same...

My guides told me that 2021 would be the toughest year as a collective and they were right. It's not over yet but we are definitely heading more towards the light and leaning more into love and oneness.

We're on the move again.... After 1yr in Santa Teresa it's time for a new adventure...

Things are getting a lil crazy here with rental prices and also with the mandates coming soon, and I'm getting the nugde that it's time for a new adventure for a little while, so we are heading to Mexico for some Christmas fun and to check it out further. Costa Rica has been amazing and I'm sure we will end up back here at some point in the near future but for now adventures await.....
