🔥 Have you ever experienced a traditional Mexican Temazcal?

Before moving to Mexico, I'd never even heard of a Temazcal.

Now, after living in Puerto Vallarta for five years, I've been lucky enough to experience quite a few - and they're definitely one of those things I think everyone should try at least once.

A Temazcal is so much more than just sitting in a very hot little dome wondering whose idea this was 😂

It's an ancient Mexican healing tradition combining heat, steam, medicinal herbs, ceremony, intention and connection - and every Temazcal I've experienced has been a little different.

One of the things I've learned while building Vallarta Wellness Hub is just how many incredible people and organisations are quietly changing lives in our community.

Many people are surprised to discover that Puerto Vallarta has become a destination not only for wellness and healing, but also for addiction recovery.

Whether someone is looking for professional treatment, ongoing support, sober activities or simply a fresh start in a new environment, there are compassionate people here ready to help.
