Again this Saturday I'll be hosting a mat pilates class at the beautiful Arte Mentales. Come get a workout and a view from the top of cinco de diciembre. You can see the whole bay and the city of Puerto Vallarta from up there. Class starts at 10 so you'll be done and ready for the rest of your day by 11. 🤸🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️

Spent the weekend rearranging and painting a few rooms. Now, I have a beautiful space to practice my pilates at home.

I 💖 it! I wake up in the mornings super excited to workout in this new space. It's so nice to wake up my body while looking out over the Bay of Banderas.

Hi guys! Hope your summer is going awesome. 🌞

Wanted to invite you to a class next Saturday, August 24th. I'll be teaching group mat pilates at the beautiful Arte Mentales float spa in cinco de diciembre on calle Lirios.

Class starts at 9am... I know its early but that sun sure gets hot fast and this is our best chance to stay in the shade 😎

Just because I am on vacation doesn´t mean my clients have to miss their pilates class. I was able to teach a client in Canada this morning while I was in my airbnb in Mexico city.
