Haydens Baked Goods SMA Due to my own dietary restrictions, I have come up with healthy recipes for yummy baked goods. I was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder at 2 days old - MCADD.

I had to learn how to adjust without eating any fats - even the good for you fats (my body cannot process them). With the help of my mom, and a few cooking classes, I learned how to create recipes with amazing flavors and no fat! I use a lot of fruits, vegetables, and creative spice combinations to make my baked goods. I can easily accommodate any dietary restriction. I substitute oils, butter, an
