* Eat at regular times, making your afternoon meal the largest and your evening the lightest.
* Regulate your sleeping hours.
* Morning movement - walk or yoga
* Eat at regular times making your afternoon meal the largest and your evening the lightest.
* After and during work, practice a routine that moves, stretches, opens and strengthens your body
*MOST IMPORTANT: Create a routine or ritual to "let go and release" at the end of the day - so that the stress of the job doesn't accumulate on your nervous system.. (note: not buffering activities but instead yoga, meditation, meditative walk, energy release, nervous regulation activity)
