Escuchar el pulso del año
Febrero nos invita a hacer una alienación consciente.
Antes de sembrar, antes de correr,
escuchamos.
Escuchamos al cuerpo.
Al corazón.
A la Tierra que aún descansa
y al fuego interno que empieza a despertar.
Este temazcal es un espacio de introspección y escucha profunda,
para reconocer dónde estamos parados
y hacia dónde sí vale la pena caminar este año.
No venimos a forzar respuestas,
sino a permitir que el pulso del año
se revele desde adentro.
