Have a drink, eat a bag of sugar, t**e a joint, do a line, pop a pill, watch the tv, stare at the screen, scroll, smoke a stog, ma******te, engage in casual s*x, watch p**n, complain, speak badly of others or yourself...do you see the pattern in these behaviors?

Sit in silence, explore nature, tend to the garden, practice yoga, breath consciously, go for a swim, play with a friend, laugh with a loved one, play music, sing songs, strech, run, jump, spin / flip around and around, make love, create art, read a book, write a poem...can you see the difference in these behaviors?

A few changes have happened to this immersion — and I’m really excited about them.

What began as a 3-day men’s retreat has now evolved into a 2-day immersion open to everyone.

And honestly, this feels right.

There has been quite a bit of interest from women wanting to come and work with clay, build with their hands, spend time in nature, and experience this kind of embodied, creative environment — so rather than keeping the original format, and I have decided to open it up to everyone.
We’ve also brought the price down to make the weekend as accessible as possible.

This is going to be a little different from a conventional workshop or retreat.

We’ll be creating the experience together — including preparing some of our meals, working with natural materials, building, sharing, learning, and spending time together in a beautiful setting.

Two days of getting out of your head and into your hands and into your body.

Working with clay.
Creating with natural materials.
Sharing food.
Circling.
Connecting with other people.
Spending time in nature.

And remembering how satisfying it can be to make something together.

There are still spaces available, and I’d really love to see this one come together as a diverse group of people who are curious, creative, practical, and ready to participate.

Everyone is welcome.

October 23-25 / 315 per person 245 early bird until September 22nd /

🔥 LIVE FROM THE DRAGON TEMPLE

Tonight Charlie and I are going live from the Dragon Temple to share more about our upcoming retreat, Building with Intention & Cultivating Balance in Life.

We'll explore the space, talk about what we're creating together, and dive into some of the deeper questions behind the retreat:

🌿 How do we create conscious communication?
🔥 What happens when we feel triggered, jealous or challenged by another person?
🤝 How do we navigate differences without losing connection?
🧱 And what can building with our hands teach us about building our lives?

Come join us for an open, unscripted conversation.

What if your exhaustion isn't because you're doing too much—but because you're doing things that aren't actually yours to do?

I've been thinking a lot lately about how many of us are exhausted, not necessarily because we're doing too much, but because we're constantly doing things that aren't actually aligned with who we are.

We wake up and go to work because that's what we're supposed to do.

We stay in relationships because we're afraid of disappointing someone.

We keep building businesses that look successful from the outside but drain us on the inside.

We say yes when we mean no.

We push when what we actually need is to stop.

And then we think the solution is to become better at managing our lives.

But what if the problem isn't that you're bad at life?

What if you've simply become incredibly skilled at working against yourself?

And I think this is where a different kind of transformation begins.

Not by becoming a better version of the person you've been conditioned to be.

But by becoming willing to ask:
What would my life look like if I stopped abandoning myself to create it?

That's something I've been exploring deeply—in myself, in relationships, in community, with clients and even in the way we create the physical environments we live in.

Because I don't think we're here simply to survive the lives we've inherited.

I think we're here to consciously create something different.

✨ **Tonight I’m wrapping up this 3-part Live series** with a conversation about **Shadow & Light aspects of the Masculine & Feminine.💖

We’ll explore the healthy and shadow expressions of masculine and feminine energy, the patterns we may have inherited from our families and society, and how bringing greater awareness to these patterns can open the door to **deeper intimacy, balance and authentic connection.**

For me, this isn't about choosing one side over the other — it's about becoming more whole by learning to recognize, embody and integrate the full spectrum within ourselves.

🕢 **LIVE tonight at 7:30 PM Helsinki time**

Can't make it live? **Replays of the previous conversations are available on Instagram Reels.**

Come with your curiosity and an open heart. ❤️

🌿 Living a Ta***ic Life

What does it actually mean to live a ta***ic life?

For me, it has become so much more than s*xuality. Over the past 12 years, Ta**ra has been a way of meeting **all of life** — relationships, community, intimacy, conflict, boundaries, polarity, joy, pain, and the places within myself that still ask to be seen.

I've discovered that the real teaching isn't always found in books or teachings. **Life itself becomes the teacher.**

Tonight I'll be sharing some of my own experiences of living in ta***ic communities and relationships — the beauty, the challenges, the contradictions, and the freedom that can emerge when we stop compartmentalizing spirituality from the rest of our lives.

This isn't about perfection. It's about becoming more whole, more present, and more alive.

**Be mindful not only of those who condemn you, but also of those who place you on a pedestal.**

Both can create unhealthy power dynamics.

Condemnation says, *"I'm above you."*

Idealization says, *"You're above me."*

Neither allows us to meet as equals.

One diminishes another through judgment.
The other gives away one's own authority through projection.

Healthy relationships are built on mutual respect—not superiority or inferiority.

See people clearly.
Appreciate their gifts.
Acknowledge their humanity.

No pedestals.
No condemnation.

Just two human beings, learning, growing, and relating with honesty.

One of the deepest shifts I've witnessed in my own life has been learning to honour my truth in every moment, while not allowing my emotions to dictate how I express it.

For me, authenticity no longer means saying everything the moment I feel it. Sometimes the most honest thing I can do is pause, allow my emotions to settle, and speak from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.

I've also come to realize that honouring my truth may create discomfort for someone else. That discomfort isn't always a sign that I've done something wrong. Equally, their discomfort doesn't give me permission to abandon compassion or neutrality.

I'm learning that it's possible to hold both: to remain true to myself without needing to defend, convince, or attack, and to allow others the space to have their own experience.

Truth spoken through emotional charge often creates resistance. Truth spoken through presence has the potential to create understanding.

This is a practice I'm still learning every day, but it has transformed the way I communicate—with others and with myself.

If you no longer had to earn love... how would you relate differently?

Not, "What would women do differently?"

What would you do differently?

Would you speak your truth sooner?

Would you stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace?

Would you ask for what you need without apologizing?

Would you stop trying to rescue someone who isn't asking to be rescued?

Would you walk away when your values no longer align, instead of hoping someone will change?

Would you trust that love doesn't need to be chased, earned, or convinced?

Perhaps the deepest shift in relationships isn't learning how to understand the opposite s*x...

It's remembering that your worth was never dependent on someone else's approval.

When you stop trying to earn love, you finally become free to express it.

For a long time, I believed a relationship would fill something that was missing in me.

I longed for connection.
For belonging.
For love.
For affection.

But if I'm honest, part of me was also hoping someone else would quiet the parts of myself I hadn't yet learned to sit with.

Over time, I began to see something.

No relationship can sustainably carry the weight of our own healing.

That isn't what love is for.

The more I've learned to slow down...
to enjoy my own company...
to cultivate gratitude...
to create a life that already feels meaningful...

The less I look for someone to complete me.

Instead, I look forward to the day I can simply share what is already overflowing.

Not because I need rescuing.

Not because I need someone to make me feel whole.

But because love feels so much more beautiful when it becomes an expression of a full heart, rather than an attempt to fill an empty one.

Maybe the deepest relationships aren't about finding someone to complete us.

Maybe they're about two people who are learning to be at home within themselves... choosing to walk the path together.

🌿

What if love isn't about finding the missing piece...

What if it's about finding someone who inspires you to express more of who you already are?
