Rave is behind the scenes building partnerships, overseeing social media and content, programming, and handling the overall vision stuff...

The world of being an entrepreneur is stuff you’ll never know unless you’re living it. The outside world thinks we just do yoga all day and sauna cold plunges. Hahahah. The reality? It’s a grind.

But the dream team looks different than the Instagram story. And honestly? That’s what makes it work. We love it.

You can't avoid stress, only learn how to move through it. Every time you breathe through the hard two minutes in the cold, you're training the same skill you'll need everywhere else. 🤍

Reminder: t's slow season in Sayulita, hot, rainy, quiet, and we're taking our cue from it. Come August and September, we'll be pausing because rest is part of the rhythm too. We're using the time to recharge, reimagine, and return with more to offer. We'll reopen in late October. Stay tuned!!
