Cancer staging helps us understand the extent of the disease, from a small localized tumor to cancer that has reached nearby lymph nodes or distant parts of the body.

Although staging criteria vary by cancer type, the purpose remains the same: to guide prognosis, treatment decisions, and the conversations we have with each patient and family.

Many of the patients I meet arrive with advanced-stage cancer. Their diagnosis may be complex, but the stage alone should never replace a complete medical evaluation or define the person behind it. Every case deserves to be reviewed individually, with clarity, honesty, and hope.

Improving treatment outcomes requires continuously evaluating new therapeutic approaches.

Before certain immunotherapies are administered, evaluating a patient's immune status may help identify factors that influence treatment response. This includes assessing T-cell function and determining whether immune preconditioning strategies may be appropriate.

Depending on each patient's evaluation, treatment plans may incorporate personalized approaches designed to support immune function before immunotherapy. Every recommendation is based on the patient's immune profile, clinical condition, and treatment goals.

V Vitamin C Therapy uses high-dose intravenous vitamin C as part of an integrative treatment approach.
At very high concentrations and in the presence of oxygen, vitamin C may act as an oxidizing agent, generating hydrogen peroxide. This process is designed to create an oxidative environment that may affect cancer cells while supporting the body's overall treatment strategy. Depending on each patient's evaluation, IV vitamin C therapy may be incorporated into a personalized treatment plan alongside other integrative and conventional therapies. Every protocol is tailored according to the patient's diagnosis, clinical condition, and medical needs.

ImPACT stands for Immune Personalized Autologous Cell Therapy.
This personalized immunotherapy program begins with the patient's own blood and tumor samples. From these, immune cells and tumor-specific antigens are identified to develop personalized therapies designed to help the immune system recognize and respond to cancer cells.

Depending on each patient's evaluation, the program may include dendritic cell vaccines, activated natural killer (NK) cells, activated T cells, and other personalized immune-based therapies. Every treatment plan is tailored to the patient's immune profile, tumor characteristics, and clinical needs.

Personalized immunotherapy is only effective when it is built for the individual receiving it.
ImPACT cannot be replicated from one patient to another. Every treatment is developed using the patient's own immune cells and tumor characteristics to help create a targeted immune response. Because every immune system and every cancer are different, each protocol must be uniquely designed.

This individualized approach is one of the reasons personalized cell therapies cannot be mass-produced or applied as a one-size-fits-all treatment.

Cancer can become resistant when it is approached the same way over and over again. That is why one strategy is not only to attack the tumor directly, but to undermine the conditions that allow it to adapt, recover, and continue growing.

This means using different tools with intention: modulating oxidative stress, supporting metabolic balance, addressing inflammation, considering nutrition, and adapting therapies before resistance becomes stronger.
