March 2020 marked the inception of Base & Accent, a boutique housing multiple brands spanning Beauty, Fashion, & Lifestyle.

Despite facing adversity shortly after our launch - a devastating house fire that consumed hundreds of merchandise - I embarked on a journey of resilience. Relocating to Mexico, I rebuilt my life and found purpose in supporting the expat community, initially within Yucatán, and now, across Mexico.

Driven by a passion for education and problem-solving, we’ve tackled the unique challenges posed by high altitude, dry, and humid climates. Our commitment extends beyond borders as we navigate customs to deliver products from our clientele’s home nations.

In 2021, Erik and I launched amplifying brand awareness and solidifying our presence. I take immense pride in our unwavering dedication, particularly to our Atlanta location, serving as the lifeline for our Mexican Headquarters.
