They not only provide a crunch 😄👊🏻but they are soooooo addicting, like eating your favorite almost-burnt fries! 🍟 (who’s with me on this?)

Another favorite is this carrot ginger miso dressing by 🥗 so yummy! Non-dairy, low cal, low fat, low sugar 🙌🏻

Because instead of just chocolate for breakfast 🍫 (yes that’s a thing… 😉) I add it to my cup of non-dairy yogurt swirl with walnuts, coconut flakes and blackberries 🥜🥥 🫐

The swirl is an amazing combo of unsweetened almond milk yogurt and brands living coconut cacao yogurt which is a prebiotic powerhouse 👊🏻 💥
*Both non-dairy, gluten-free, soy-free, non-gmo, and virtually free of sugar. 🙌🏻😎
Although it sounds flavorless and free of everything… 😏👎🏼…. it’s what you add to it that makes it work. 😎

👉🏻Whether you you drink papaya juice in a huge glass or one shot at a time…you will reap the benefits of anti-aging, as it’s packed with vitamins A, C, and E…. 🙌🏻😀

No need to stack on the layers when you can blend them all in. Lol 😂

Easy Peasy Recipe: (1 serving)

👉🏻1/2 dragon fruit 🍉
👉🏻1 frozen banana 🍌
👉🏻1/2 cup frozen mango 🥭
👉🏻1 tbsp h**p seeds
👉🏻1/4 cup almond or oat milk
Blend 💫 all ingredients and place in bowl… if you wish to add a swirl..
👉🏻1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt to swirl on top
(I use “so delicious” unsweetened plain)
👉🏻Enjoy!!! 😉🙌🏻💃🏼
