Before the next journey, we return to the body.

Midway through our 8-day retreat, guests gather for a traditional Temazcal: a sweat lodge ceremony that offers something distinctly different from the psychedelic work surrounding it.

The warmth, sensory deprivation, breath, and shared presence create a natural threshold during the week.

It’s a chance to pause, melt tension, and mark the transition between one phase of the retreat and the next.

After several days of deeply internal work, the Temazcal brings everyone back into the body and back into the community.

At Eleusinia, we value being a place where science and tradition can coexist without competing.
