Lemon Herb Chicken 🍋🌿
Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, or Italian herbs)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken with the marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Drizzle any remaining lemon sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
