Healp is collaborating with O2 Klinik Medical to provide online appointment service for self-purchase covid vaccination program.

Please read carefully our terms & conditions below:

1. Kindly take note that this is a medical platform, One(1) account is available for One(1) booking only. If you wish to book for others, please register a different account for that person.

2. All profiles in HEALP must COMPLETELY UPDATE. We will not take any responsibility if any inaccurate information has been given.

3. MySejahtera ID is a must. Vaccination will not proceed if without MySejahtera ID, Identity card or Passport .

4. RM100 deposit is required to do booking through HEALP and it is non-refundable.

5. O2 Klinik practices a “non-refundable policy” on any situation. However, the patient is allowed to transfer the vaccination to any other person for replacement.

6. All appointment transfer is required 36 hours in advance, instant transfer will not be acceptable.

7. All vaccination date and time is not allowed to change after the deposit payment.

8. Please confirm that 18 years old and above on the appointment date as vaccination is currently not permitted if you are below 18.

What should I do after I’ve completed my Covid Vaccine appointment?

There are a few steps need to do when you come for your vaccination:

1. Please log in your healp account and check your appointment status.

2. Show your Healp appointment to our staff together with your IC.

3. You may pay your remaining balance after the confirmation.

4. Collect and fill in your consent form.

5. Wait and take your vaccine.

6. They will issue a hard copy for first dose completion.

* You will only receive MySejahtera update after finish your second dose
