🙅♂️青少年的烦恼青少年烦恼太多了,首先面临的是考试,还有和父母的关系,代沟实在太严重了。
🙅♂️厌学是目前学习活动中比较突出的问题,不仅是学习差的同学不愿学习,就连成绩很好的同学也有这种倾向,加上学校课业任务繁重,竞争激烈,父母的期望值过高,使得学生精神压力越来越大。
💥这是一场为15-18岁青少年设计的自我探索工作坊，让我们一起开启未来事业的启蒙基石。
透过心灵沟通卡片 欧卡 和绘画色彩 与内在自我沟通，,帮助青少年了解心理科学知识,掌握一定的心理调节方法， 让青少年不再烦恼!
🙅♂️ Adolescents' worries are too numerous. Firstly, they face the pressure of exams, and there are also issues with their relationships with parents; the generation gap is indeed severe.
🙅♂️ Academic aversion is a prominent issue in current learning activities. Not only do students with poor academic performance show reluctance to study, but even those with good grades exhibit this tendency. Coupled with the heavy workload, intense competition in school, and excessively high expectations from parents, students' mental stress continues to increase.
💥 This is a self-exploration workshop designed for 15-18 year olds, serving as the foundation for enlightening future careers. Through the use of Oh Card, and painting colors for inner self-communication, we aim to help adolescents understand psychological knowledge, acquire certain psychological adjustment methods, and alleviate their worries. Let's embark on a journey where adolescents no longer need to fret!
