Worst case from sciatica isn’t just the pain.

Pain is only the signal. The real issue is what’s happening underneath, nerve compression, inflammation, and compensation patterns that slowly change how your body moves and recovers.

What I see often: people manage it, tolerate it, or wait it out, because they don't understand enough, anf then that search becomes years.
But during that time, the condition doesn’t stay the same, it progresses in degeneration.

Recovery becomes slower.
The body adapts the wrong way.
And in some cases, it never fully returns to baseline.

Hearing too often now, "I should have", "If I knew earlier".

Addressing it early isn’t about comfort, it’s about preventing long-term limitation.

Many people think "I can bear with the pain."

But what if tomorrow is TOO late?!

It can start simple:
• Difficulty walking
• Constant pain

Then slowly:
• Wheelchair dependence
