A massive shout out goes to Orient Fitness for organizing a friendly ARM WRESTLING match and a great community based sport indeed and the gym deserve a special mention that they are now in a bigger and better facility that span 38,000 sq ft and we cannot even begin to mention how stacked and awesome the gym is !!! no words can describe the gym unless you see it yourself !!!

Needless to say, Priority Protein Bars is privileged and honored to be sponsoring this event and it was a Banner Day for both the gym and the participants. We cannot say enough good things about the event that went very smoothly and conducted very professionally with participants coming from other states and at the drop of the hat they were killing it on the table with intense pressure and force that some didn't even know they have.

As starters our bars clearly helped the contestants and get the kick out of it.......also worth mentioning our healthily delicious protein bars with various flavours are readily available for sale at the gym for the members who will need the macro and nutrients to fuel their workout.

We are proud to be a sponsor of FITNESS DISTRICT recent FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS TEAM RELAY EVENT which was an incredible and unforgettable community based fitness challenge which attracted hundreds of fitness enthusiast across Malaysia.

As anticipated the event was nothing but spectacular and a huge success and we wanna express our heartfelt thanks to the management of Fitness District for this collaboration in bringing our healthily delicious protein bars to the athletes and participants.

We certainly look forward to more amazing and crowd-pulling fitness challenges by this remarkable gym and functional training center in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Hand on Heart couldn't be happier to be a proud sponsor of Symmetry Fitness Official's RISE OF THE FIT Hyrox Games with our Healthily Delicious Protein Bars and Biggest Thank You to Team Symmetry Fitness particularly the bosses Valen and Dwayne for the kind invitation and collaboration.

HYROX is currently taking the world of fitness by storm and this 2 days event at Design Village, Batu Kawan saw athletes coming from as far as Thailand, JB and Ipoh and it was a Huge Success off the bat. There were single and mix group event, men only , women only and mixed-gender, pro and beginners among others and to everyone surprised, interestingly the mixed gender scored the best time !!!

This event certainly is a good springboard for our local Hyrox athlete in their sporting craze (as they prepare for bigger national/international games) and its very telling that they practically ran themselves to the ground as they went from obstacle station one after another starting from 1km run to endless burpees, and even more countless lunges and on to rowing till the very edge of their lives and it doesn't stop there they propel to throw huge heavy-ass giant ball against the wall few meters high and not an inch lower until they are at their final breath and in the moment of collapsing a final dash to hit a Giant Gong (which is the best part) feels like the they are shouting from the roof top that they have moved mountains by nearly going under the bus- just to give you a better sense of whats happening on the harrowing ground/circuit

Thats HYROX in a nutshell we witnessed first hand but still trying to get our head around the insanity of human extremism (good one of course).......but one thing we are clear is we are optimistic Priority Protein Bars which are high in good nutrients and macros did provide the athlete the additional driving force and make a difference when push comes to shove😉
