This batch was freshly ground today.

Right after cooking, the soymilk has a very natural color —
not bright white, but slightly beige.

After resting for a while,
the aroma becomes more noticeable,
as the natural oils from the soybeans slowly release.

This kind of flavor
is hard to achieve with powdered mixes.
