「妳回来啦！」

短短四个字，
让一位婆婆笑了整个下午。

红衣婆婆曾经住在这里，
后来回家几个月。

这一天，她再次回来。

还没坐稳，
老朋友已经认出她。

两人坐在沙发上，
像从未分开过一样，
聊个不停。

很多人以为，
疗养院只是照顾长辈的地方。

其实，
这里还收藏着一段又一段珍贵的友情。

因为，人老了，
最害怕的不是白发，
而是没有人记得自己。

而今天，
有人记得她。

这，就够幸福了。❤️

《她忘记了所有人，却没有忘记拥抱》

她渐渐忘记了这个世界。
忘记了回家的路，忘记了孩子的名字，忘记了昨天发生过什么。
有时候，连亲人站在她面前，她也只是静静地望着，眼里没有熟悉的光。
失智症，偷走了她的记忆。

可是今天，当她轻轻地被抱着时，她没有推开。
她安静地靠着，
那一刻，我忽然明白，也许她真的忘记了我们是谁，却没有忘记，被爱是什么感觉。

原来，记忆会消失，但爱，不一定会。
照顾失智长者，有时候会觉得很累。
每天重复一样的话，一样的动作，一样的提醒。
你以为她不会记得你的付出。

可是，她会记得一个温柔的拥抱，一个安心的眼神，一双愿意握着她的手。

《或许改变不算轰轰烈烈，但我们希望通过一点一滴的改善，让这里变得更温暖、更有家的感觉。》

没有豪华的设计团队，也没有大笔的装修预算。但，我们始终相信，疗养中心不只是一个照顾身体的地方，更应该是一个让长者安心生活、舒适休养的地方。

每一道新油漆、每一面新墙纸，背后都是我们希望大家可以住得更舒服、更开心的一份心意。

感谢家属们一直以来的信任与支持。未来，我们也会继续在能力范围内，不断提升环境与服务品质。

因为我们知道，每一位选择住进来《一心》的，值得被温柔对待。

Perhaps the changes are not dramatic, but we hope that through these small improvements, our nursing home can feel warmer, more comfortable, and more like home.

We may not have a large renovation budget or a professional interior design team. However, we firmly believe that a nursing home should be more than just a place that provides care. It should be a place where residents can live with comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.

Every fresh coat of paint and every piece of wallpaper reflects our commitment to creating a better living environment for our residents.

为了让团队在面对突发状况时更有信心、更懂得应对，我们安排了一场灭火器使用培训，让员工亲自学习和体验正确的灭火方法。

照顾长者，不只是照顾他们的健康和生活起居，安全同样是我们非常重视的一环。通过定期培训，我们希望每一位员工都具备基本的消防知识，在紧急情况下能够冷静处理，把风险降到最低。

因为我们相信，好的照护不只是日常的陪伴与关怀，更是把每一个安全细节都做好。

To ensure our team is ready to respond confidently in emergency situations, OSEM recently conducted a fire extinguisher training session, giving our staff hands-on experience in proper fire safety practices and extinguisher usage.

Caring for our residents goes beyond their health and daily living needs. Safety is equally important to us. Through regular training, we strive to equip every team member with essential fire safety knowledge so they can remain calm and respond effectively when it matters most.

We believe that quality care is not only about compassion and support—it is also about paying attention to every detail that keeps our residents safe.

We were honoured to be invited by EMAS Ambulance to participate in their 10th Anniversary Charity Blood Donation Campaign ❤️

Beyond supporting this meaningful community initiative, our physiotherapy team also had the opportunity to introduce our newly launched QiMax Acuphysio Programme to members of the public. QiMax combines the strengths of physiotherapy and Chinese acupuncture, offering a holistic approach to managing chronic neck, shoulder, back and joint pain.

It was a pleasure meeting so many generous blood donors and health-conscious individuals throughout the event. Seeing people step forward to help save lives while also taking an active interest in their own health and well-being made this experience especially meaningful for us.

We would like to thank EMAS Ambulance for the invitation and everyone who stopped by to learn more about our services. We look forward to participating in more community initiatives and continuing our mission of promoting better health and quality care for all.

小编这几天跟着伙伴一起去参加第93届CMEF，真的大开眼界。

现场看到很多先进的护理设备、复健科技，还有各种新的做法，才发现原来我们之前觉得“已经不错”的，其实还有很大的进步空间。

深深地体会到什么叫“天外有天，人外有人”。

这次真的收获满满。接下来，我们也会把学到的慢慢带回来，一点一点升级，让我们的护理和复健服务做得更到位、更专业，也更有温度。

We recently attended the 93rd CMEF with our partners, and it was truly an eye-opening experience.

From advanced nursing equipment to innovative rehabilitation technologies and new care approaches, it made us realize that what we once thought was “good enough” actually still has a lot of room for improvement.

Stepping out helps us see the bigger picture, and the more we see, the clearer our direction becomes.

We’ve gained a lot from this trip, and we’ll be bringing these insights back, step by step, to further improve our nursing and rehabilitation services, making them more professional, more refined, and more caring.

每一次，当我能够伸出手去帮助别人，我的心里就会涌起一股无法言喻的喜悦。看到患者从最初的困惑和不适，到一点点地恢复力量、重拾自信，每一次的微小进步都让我深深感动。

有时候，他们的一声“谢谢”，或者一个轻松的微笑，就足以让我觉得所有的努力都是值得的。作为能够帮助和治疗他们，我感到无比幸运。看到他们越来越强大，不仅是他们的胜利，也是我心中最温暖的回报。

每一次帮助别人，也是在提醒自己：付出关心与专业，不仅能改变别人的生活，也让自己的心变得更加丰盈。
