Don’t just "tahan" and think it’s normal tiredness. This isn't just a random ache; it could be Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) knocking on your door! 🚑💨

🍀其实就是你大拇指底部的筋(肌腱)发炎了,如果你发现手腕大拇指那一侧红肿、刺痛,甚至觉得紧紧卡着,那很大可能就是它了 🖐️💥

这不是细菌感染,而是【过度摩擦】导致的劳损:

🍀筋(Muscle)在“打架”:整天不停刷手机或者重复同样的动作,筋在狭窄管道里一直磨到肿,动一下都痛 🤳

🍀角度太“吃力”:拿重物或抱孩子时手腕弯到很奇怪的角度,让筋的压力瞬间飙升,像拉太紧的橡皮筋 🍳
