🦵 50岁后的关节疼痛 —— 你处在哪个阶段?
并不是所有的关节疼痛都一样。
很多人往往拖得太久……
直到疼痛变得严重,治疗选择也变得有限。
以下是一个简单了解你关节状况的方法:

🟢 第一阶段:早期磨损(常被忽视)
* 长时间走路后轻微不适
* 早晨稍有僵硬
* 对日常生活影响不大
👉 在这个阶段,如果及早管理,关节仍有很好的恢复空间。

🟡 第二阶段:软骨变薄
* 上下楼梯时疼痛
* 偶尔肿胀
* 有“咔咔”或摩擦声
👉 大多数人在这个阶段开始察觉问题。
及时干预仍可防止恶化。

* 日常走路也经常疼痛
* 活动能力下降
* 难以长时间站立
👉 关节损伤已较明显,
需要更针对性的治疗。

👉 通常在这个阶段,医生会建议手术。
