When a liver tumour grows near or presses against the bile ducts, bile may no longer flow normally into the intestine.

没办法做手术的双侧丘脑胶质瘤，半年后稳定了吗❓

2025年4月，
Syed先生开始觉得右手越来越麻，
脚也慢慢没力🦶

一开始可能只是觉得身体不太对劲，
但做完MRI后，结果比想象中严重⚠️

肿瘤长在双侧丘脑，
而且左边明显比较大，
更棘手的是，
这个位置非常深，
不适合直接进行手术切除🔪

检查还发现，
肿瘤周围已经出现脑水肿，
甚至有大约9mm的中线移位

面对这种情况，
他没有只依靠一种治疗

除了接受常规的 Temozolomide化疗、免疫治疗、类固醇控制脑水肿、物理治疗之外，
也在医生指导下配合居家使用 ECCT电场治疗

接下来的几个月，
他的变化开始慢慢出现✨

原本受影响的说话能力逐渐恢复，
右边手脚的力量也比之前好，
后来甚至可以在协助下重新走路了🚶‍➡️

更重要的是，复查MRI显示：
✅ 肿瘤大小维持稳定
✅ 没有出现新的进展
✅ 脑水肿减少
✅ 原本的中线移位没有继续恶化

到了2025年12月底，

What Happens When Thyroid Cancer Presses on the Trachea❓

The thyroid gland is located very close to the trachea.

As a thyroid tumour grows, it may begin to press against the trachea, narrowing the airway and making normal breathing more difficult.⚠️

At first, a patient may only notice slight changes in breathing or feel some pressure around the neck.

But as the compression increases, symptoms may become more noticeable, including:

⚠️ Shortness of breath
⚠️ Noisy breathing
⚠️ Persistent coughing
⚠️ Discomfort or pressure in the neck or chest

If the airway becomes increasingly narrow, the effects may go beyond breathing difficulties‼️

Patients may begin to feel uncomfortable even while resting or sleeping. 💤

Everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, or doing simple physical tasks may also become more difficult as breathing becomes more challenging.

When the compression becomes severe, breathing, sleeping, and daily activities can all be significantly affected.✨

同时面对脑瘤和肺癌，一年后的他怎么样了❓

这位来自美国的患者，
同时面对三级星形细胞瘤和肺腺癌‼️

除了原本的治疗，他也配合使用 ECCT
一开始他没有想太多，
只觉得只要是合理、对身体有帮助的方法，
都想尽量试试看

ECCT 用起来不痛，
也不会影响日常生活，
他平时在家工作、看电视、休息的时候都可以使用，
慢慢也变成了生活的一部分✨

让他印象很深的是，
肺癌手术后，
复查时另一边肺部发现了一个新的 3mm 小结节⚠️

后来他继续配合治疗，
也持续使用 ECCT，
下一次复查时，
医生已经看不到那个小结节了🎉

脑部肿瘤这边，
这一年里的检查也维持稳定，
肿瘤大小还有一点缩小🤏

当然，他也很清楚，
