Hair Oil
Ingredients
• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp castor oil
• 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
• 1 tbsp flaxseeds
• 1 tbsp black seeds (Nigella)
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp dried hibiscus petals (or 2 fresh flowers)
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 star anise
• 1 tbsp dried moringa leaves (or 1 tsp powder)
• 1 tbsp dried nettle leaves
• 1 tbsp dried amla (or 1 tsp powder)
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp dried rosemary
How to Make
1. Pour olive oil and castor oil into a pot.
2. Add all the herbs and seeds.
3. Heat on very low for 10–15 minutes (do not boil).
4. Turn off heat and let it cool completely.
5. Strain using a fine cloth or sieve.
6. Store in a clean, dry glass bottle.
Shelf life: 4–6 weeks (keep in a cool, dark place).
How to Use
• Apply small amount directly to scalp.
• Massage for 5 minutes.
• Leave for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
• Wash with shampoo.
Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
Tip: Shake bottle before each use.
