Pertubuhan Pemulihan Orang Kurang Upaya Negeri Pulau Pinang The Persatuan Pemulihan Orang-Orang Cacat is a non-profit organisation. We are helping the OKU adults in their daily living skills.

We Provide light breakfast n tea daily on weekdays. Due to financial constraints, we could not provide lunch as we wish.
