“以为只是腰痛而已,应该休息几天就会好”
结果一痛,就是1个月。
西医看了,止痛药吃了,药布也贴了,症状毫无改善。
休息了腰不但没改善,反而连基本的弯腰,翻身都受影响了。
很多腰痛,不是“突然变严重”,
而是身体早就提醒你,只是一直被忽略。
有些人忍一忍就过了,
有些人拖久了,连坐、站,甚至睡觉都不舒服。
腰痛,不一定马上很严重,
但拖着不处理,往往才是问题开始!
