流感的确诊应由医生进行临床评估与实验室检测。擅自使用未批准的试剂盒，不仅可能导致误诊、延误治疗，甚至造成不必要的恐慌。

👨‍⚕️ 马来西亚公共卫生专页提醒：
检测流感不能单靠试剂盒，必须经过医生的专业判断，才能保障诊断准确与治疗及时。

• Bread or Rice: Swallowing a piece of bread, bread soaked in water, or a mouthful of rice may push the bone down into the stomach.
• Bananas: The soft texture of a banana may help dislodge the bone.
• Marshmallows: Eating a marshmallow can also help as they can stick to the bone and pull it down.

3. Avoid Aggressive Methods

• Avoid forcing the bone down with hard foods, as this can cause more harm.

4. Seek Medical Attention

• If the bone is large, causing significant discomfort, or remains stuck after trying the above methods, seek medical attention immediately.
• Go to a clinic with scope and expertise like Klinik Loh or an emergency room if you have trouble breathing, swallowing, or experience severe pain. A healthcare professional may use specialized tools to remove the bone.
