Spinal health awareness for the people who keep the mall running! 🏢🏃🏻‍♂️

On 25th June 2026, we conducted a spinal health talk and spinal screening session for the staff at Mid Valley Southkey.

Chiropractor Chua delivered an informative talk on posture, spinal health, and daily habits that support long-term spinal health, followed by spinal screenings with AI technology, conducted by chiropractors Hayley, Desmond, and Abigail🦴

This initiative highlights the importance of spinal care in supporting comfort, posture, and overall performance at work and in daily life💪🏼
