Vitamin D supports reproductive health and may play a role in ovulation, ovarian function, s***m health and preparing the womb for pregnancy. However, vitamin D is only one part of the fertility picture, and a low level does not automatically mean you will have difficulty conceiving.

Many men think that as long as they can produce sp3rm, their fertility must be fine. But sp3rm count is only one part of male fertility. Sp3rm movement, shape and DNA quality can matter too.

Smoking exposes sp3rm to toxins and oxidative stress, which may affect sp3rm quality and increase sp3rm DNA fragmentation. Va**ng should not be considered harmless, as many va**ng products contain ni****ne and other chemicals that may affect reproductive health.

POV: Your embryo is graded 4AA.
It sounds promising, but what does it actually mean for your IVF journey?
During IVF, embryologists assess a blastocyst based on:
🔬 How much it has expanded
🌱 The inner cell mass, which may develop into the baby
🫶 The trophectoderm, which may form the placenta
However, embryo grading only assesses how an embryo looks and develops in the laboratory. It does not predict the outcome with certainty.
A lower-grade embryo can still lead to a healthy pregnancy, while a highly graded embryo does not guarantee IVF success. Every embryo and every couple’s fertility journey is different.
