I created this page on February 2023 with the objective of sharing distinctive health wisdom in English as I don't want to mix up with the Chinese contents in 「Unsickable 不病之道」 Page.

Manatau sekaligus busy busy until now baru ada time to write the very first post. There were so much new discoveries over the past few months after we have the InBody 970 Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) device.

I've gained so much new insights on human metabolisms and the co-relation with (correlation between) Chinese Medicine's principles such as Dampness, Phlegm, Spleen Deficiency, etc.
I hope to share the wonderful wisdom of Chinese Medicine to the world through this humble little FB Page. We are a group of young medical professionals hoping to build a bridge that connects both conventional Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine.

We are un-Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, we understand the unique strengths of Eastern and Western medical knowledge and wisdom. Our mission is to help patients find the most effective solution to their health problems.
It's sad to see medicine or healthcare become a (an) over-commercialised industry in the modern world. We are just a little spark trying the to shed the light of true healthcare to those who believe in the healing force of nature.

This is a platform for us to understand human and nature better, so that we can have more holistic approaches to eternal health.
