Fitrah Breathing: Breathing from the Abdomen to Improve Oxygen Supply to the Arteries.
Abdominal breathing is a deep, slow breathing technique that regulates the autonomic nervous system—the core “engine system” of the body. When this system is in balance, the body shifts from “stress mode” into “recovery mode.”
This allows oxygen to be absorbed into the cells far more efficiently, supplying essential “fuel” to the arteries and vital organs. With higher oxygen levels, cells are better able to expel accumulated toxins from their membranes—activating what we call Fitrah Technology: the body’s natural intelligence to carry out biochemical processes for healing and tissue regeneration.
Fitrah Breathing Practice Tips:
✨ Place your hand on your abdomen.
✨ Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose (feel your abdomen expand).
✨ Exhale gently through your mouth, imagining toxins being released from your cells.
Through guidance in the Overhaul Body programme, we help you realign these daily practices so your body can function according to its true Fitrah. Contact our consultants today for enquiries or assistance.
