🧘 International Yoga Day 2026 at UTAR T&CM Centre
UTAR T&CM Centre was delighted to celebrate International Yoga Day 2026 in collaboration with the High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur and the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Indian Cultural Centre (NSCBICC).
We were encouraged by the overwhelming response from participants. In addition to the Yoga Session, a Chair Yoga Session was also conducted, allowing participants of different ages and physical abilities to experience the benefits of yoga.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Ms. Dhanista Samaria, Teacher of Indian Culture – Yoga at NSCBICC, for leading both sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Yoga promotes harmony between the body and mind, aligning with the holistic wellness philosophy embraced by Traditional & Complementary Medicine. Through programmes like these, UTAR T&CM Centre remains committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and community well-being.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the High Commission of India, NSCBICC, our organising committee, volunteers, and all participants for making this celebration a memorable success.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to more wellness programmes in the future.
Namaste. 🙏
