Hand-flapping, rocking, humming, spinning, and other repetitive movements can be a child’s way of regulating, communicating, or feeling comfortable.

Instead of asking, “How do I stop this?”
Let’s ask, “What is my child trying to tell me?” 🧩

🌟 Does your child find it hard to make friends, join conversations, or know what to say?

Growing up is more than academics. 💛
Children also need to learn how to talk, listen, make friends, handle feelings and feel confident around others.

Our Talkabout Social Skills Group, run by our experienced speech language therapist and clinical psychologist is a fun, small-group programme for children aged 8–15 years old to learn and practise these skills through games, activities, role-play and real-life situations! 🎮🎭💬

👂Can our principal guess who’s speaking… without looking? Challenge accepted !

At our centre, listening goes beyond just hearing words. 💛

In this game, our principal puts her listening skills to the test by guessing our centre’s teachers based only on their voices, and let's just say she knows her team pretty well! 😄

Just like this game, our teachers pay close attention to the little things. Every voice, expression, and behaviour tells a story. By observing carefully and listening with intention, we can better understand each child's unique strengths and needs.

Because meaningful progress starts with meaningful connections. 🌈
