Done & dusted for team April-May intake Group Training. Alhamdulilah best effort semua,sek u meme padu lah even newbie from week 1 basic BODY WEIGHT TRAINING, then dumbell Workout, week 3 sambung BOXING & yang last Week 4 CIRCUIT TRAINING, hayun dumbell 14kg ponn rilek jah muko deh.
Maghi gym bukan build muscle semato, paling penting buleh saen ado friendship doh tu napok sek dio sama sama positive circle, release endorphine auto jadi happy.
