🔥 Can frequent sauna use affect male fertility?

Research shows that repeated exposure to very hot environments such as saunas, hot tubs, and excessive heat can temporarily reduce s***m count and s***m movement (motility). This happens because s***m production works best at temperatures slightly lower than normal body temperature.
