2019年，我们在 Riang 母站 开启了气功健身的旅程。当时虽然只有寥寥几位学员，且刚起步不久就遇到了 MCO 疫情管制，但大家追求健康的决心从未被动摇。
​开放之后，为了让更多功友有广阔的空间练功，我们2022拓展建立了 Sukacita 子站。七年来，母站稳固根基、子站蓬勃发展，如今 Sukacita 站已经壮大到了 60 多位学员的大家庭！
​从 Riang 到 Sukacita，母子站同心同德、相辅相成。感谢所有功友七年来的坚持与付出，愿我们继续同气连枝，把健康与快乐传递给更多人！

A proud memory from **The 3rd International Traditional Sports Exchange Competition**, held in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China, from **18–22 September 2025**.

Standing proudly with the **Jalur Gemilang**, our Malaysian team represented our country with passion, dedication and unity — and proudly brought home **6 First Prize Awards**. 🏆🇲🇾

But beyond the awards, there was something even more meaningful — the honour of carrying our Malaysian flag and representing our country on the international stage.

**No matter what we do, and no matter where in the world we are, we are always there for Malaysia — carrying our country in our hearts and proudly saying: We are Malaysian.** ❤️🇲🇾
