*PPS JDN WEBINAR REPORT*

PPS JDN successfully organised a webinar titled “Understanding Employment Rights and Responsibilities of Doctors in Private GP Clinic” on 4th of May 2026 at 8pm.

The session was delivered by Ms Rajeswari Karuppiah the Head of Employment Practise and Partner of RDS Partnership. The session was moderated by Dr Renuka Gunasagaran the PPS JDN representative.

This webinar was attended by over 150 participants. It highlighted the importance of understanding employment laws and the responsibilities of a Person- In -Charge (PICS) of a private clinic. The session was concluded by an elaborate Q&A session.

PPS JDN looks forward to organizing more webinars on similar topics in the near future, with the aim of equipping junior GPs with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the increasingly challenging medical field.
