A lot of heart, sweat and most of all LOVE was put into creating Mal's. So much so even the universe shine love in this very special spot in the cafe. No special adjustment was done on the lighting but somehow when they are switched on, you can see a ❤️ shining on this special wall piece designed by a dear friend daughter.

As usual we encourage pre order as we only cook in small quantity.

Pre Order is now open

We will be back first Sunday of January 2022! In a wink of an eye 2021 passed us by. May we all leave the bad behind & bring forward the good & most of all HOPE that the New Year will be better & brighter for all of us.

We will be churning out some pre cooked chilled / frozen food & fresh bakes, available on Sunday, 2nd of January 2022.
(Still can’t believe we are at 2022)

After all the feasting from the joyous festive season, it’s time we re look into what’s important, OUR BODY.

Nourish our body with nutrient densed wholesome real food & stay away from sugar & white carbs as much as possible.
