These keto yogurt buns are so light, airy, soft and fluffy as they rise so well. They have a pleasant taste with a tangy flavor that mimics sourdough bread. I haven't tried this but based on feedback, if you add sourdough flavoring, they will taste even better.

When toasted, they are so crispy. In fact, I just toasted a few pieces and ate them with tuna and mayo for lunch, so good! Just a spread of cream cheese is also heavenly. As usual, it is super easy to make and totally guilt free at only 1 g net carb per serving.

This cake is heavenly for lemon lovers. Personally, I love anything lemony and when I came across this Italian Lemon Almond Cake, I knew I had to do it. However, I had to make some adjustments to get that super moist texture. I also added a generous amount of lemon zest and juice to give this cake a vibrant flavor. This cake is bursting with refreshing, lemony flavor and nuttiness with a tender and super moist texture. You have got to try it.

For flaxseed lovers, here's a zero-carb crust pizza for you. It holds well and is actually quite crispy. It is even crispier when you toast it in the mini toaster oven. This pizza has awesome flavors, and it is so easy to make.

Konjac or shirataki rice and noodles are my savior for 9 years now as I can still enjoy all my favorite food. I simply whip up the tom yum fried (1st pix), stir fried noodles with leftovers (2nd pix) and shrimp noodles soup (3rd pix) for my lunch recently. I have also developed many recipes for Miraclenoodle in the US when I was one of their ambassadors for 3 years.

So last year, I decided to publish a cookbook on konjac rice and noodle recipes. This cookbook has 60 recipes with 20 recipes for each section of rice & congee, noodles and pasta. Even though it's been 5 years since I published this video on Keto Lemon Tart but it remains as one of my personal favorite recipe. I am thrilled that recently Niki and Ms Anonymous made it and they loved it. Here's what they said;

After I published a video on Almond Croissant Cake about 3 weeks ago, some of you requested for a coconut flour version without nuts. Though it wasn't as easy as I thought but I finally got it. It combines a soft and moist cake with a rich gooey frangipane filling finished with crunchy melon seeds. It actually creates the flavors, textures and components of a classic French almond croissant in the form of a layer cake. This Coconut Croissant Cake is so delicious and easy to make.

Two weeks ago, I published a video on Almond Croissant Cake. It was so well received so I decided to make the tart version. This Almond Croissant Tart combines a crispy, buttery & flaky crust with a fragrant almond frangipane filling and topped with crunchy sliced almonds.
