A moment for yourself. A morning shared with women who lift you up. 🤍
Movement, meaningful conversations and the joy of simply being present—this was Women’s Wellness & Empowerment: Beauty with a Purpose.
Initiated by Be.The.Change_Malaysia 🌍, in collaboration with Curvena and sponsored by stayupbound with their Next-Gen Modern Sports Drink, the gathering offered women a chance to step away from everyday demands and make room for their own wellbeing.
We reflected on confidence and self-worth through an empowering talk with Taanusiya Chetty. Then, we moved mindfully through Pilates with Kimberly Low, slowed down with the calming sounds of sound bowl therapy by MULTIDIMENSIONAL ARTIST 💫 👩🏻🎨📸🎞🎥, Each session brought a different way to reconnect—with our bodies, with what matters to us, and with one another.
Between Curvena’s Quiz & Win, personalising Curvena protein shaker bottles and chatting over refreshments, there was plenty of room for laughter, creativity and new connections. 💛
