ত্বকের ফাঙ্গাল ইনফেকশন বা ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ নিয়ে দুশ্চিন্তা?

গরম, ঘাম কিংবা আর্দ্র আবহাওয়ার কারণে আমাদের ত্বকে প্রায়ই ফাঙ্গাল ইনফেকশন (Fungal Infection) দেখা দেয়। অনেকেই এটিকে সাধারণ চুলকানি ভেবে অবহেলা করেন, যা পরে আরও ছড়িয়ে পড়ে এবং জটিল আকার ধারণ করে।

ছবিতে কী দেখতে পাচ্ছেন?

চিকিৎসার আগে :
ত্বকে গোল চাকার মতো লালচে বা গোলাপি ভাব (Erythematous lesion), চামড়া খসখসে বা আঁশযুক্ত (Scaling) হয়ে ওঠা এবং তীব্র চুলকানি—যা ফাঙ্গাল ইনফেকশনের প্রধান লক্ষণ।

চিকিৎসার পরে: ১০ দিন পরে -

সঠিক ডায়াগনোসিস এবং নিয়মিত অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল চিকিৎসার পর ত্বকের লালচে ভাব ও প্রদাহ সম্পূর্ণ দূর হয়ে গেছে এবং ত্বক আবার আগের মতো স্বাভাবিক ও সুস্থ হয়ে উঠেছে।

মনে রাখবেন:
চর্মরোগের ক্ষেত্রে নিজে নিজে কোনো মলম বা স্টেরয়েড ক্রিম ব্যবহার করা অত্যন্ত বিপজ্জনক। এতে সাময়িক আরাম মিললেও রোগটি আরও জেনারেলাইজড বা জটিল হয়ে যায়।

ফাঙ্গাল ইনফেকশন থেকে বাঁচতে কিছু জরুরি টিপস:

✅ সবসময় শরীর শুষ্ক রাখার চেষ্টা করুন।
✅ সুতি এবং ঢিলেঢালা পোশাক পরুন।
✅ অন্যের ব্যবহৃত তোয়ালে, রুমাল বা চিরুনি ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
✅ দিনে অন্তত একবার ভালো করে গোসল করুন এবং ঘাম জমতে দেবেন না।

ত্বকের যেকোনো সমস্যায় অবহেলা না করে একজন চর্মরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞের (Dermatologist) পরামর্শ নিন। সঠিক সময়ে সঠিক চিকিৎসাই আপনাকে দিতে পারে সুস্থ ও দাগহীন|
