Meet Mr D 

He came in with a medial meniscus tear diagnosis. During the assessment , I perfomed some hip ROM tests , knee ligament , meniscus tests and movement testing 

After the treatment of releasing his tight posterior chain muscles ( glutes , hamstring ) who are compensating due to the inability to bend the knee properly , he feels much easier to bend his knee now!

It was an exhilarating experience to participate in my 2nd Redline Mixed Doubles event. REDLINE Fitness Games™ Malaysia

A big big thank you to my Doubles Partner Rey Von for executing our pre-race plans for each station ( to our best efforts) even though we were both not in 100% condition. It was great to have you as we complimented each other to give a little more during certain stations , even though it wasn’t planned.  Not to forget , adapting to our busy schedules to have at least 1 training / simulation per week for the last 4 months . Appreciate you carrying the team today , will return the favour next time! 

And a very big thank you Alia :)) to for the past few months , definitely enjoyed the training sessions both last year and this year . Let’s do Hyrox next year

It's a great pleasure and honour to work alongside the Panthers team Panthers Flag Football Team and Indonesian Women Flag Football Indonesia National Flag Football Team players again! Thank you to Windra Thio & Thirshan Kumar Murali 🔥 for the opportunity !

Can't believe 2 years have passed so quickly. It's so wonderful seeing these familiar faces again ,  whom I had the privilege of caring for during their recovery. Watching them doing well and sharing smiles and conversations brought back so many meaningful memories.

Moments like these remind me that the connections we build go far beyond treatment. I'm grateful for the trust they placed in me and for the opportunity to have been part of their journey. Wishing each and every one of them continued good health, happiness, and success. It was such a joy to see you all again! 💙✨

Meet Ms P

She came in with a full tear of her biceps and scapular issues. Currently , she is in Phase 2 of rehab which is to help to regain full mobility of her shoulder and scapula.

We enjoyed all 8 rooms of various games a lot , and definitely encourage everyone to try it , especially if you're in Bukit Jalil or Sri Petaling area!
