Thanks to Aeris Pilates for inviting us to be part of the “A Day of Care For Mum” workshop, where Master Way and Pr. Low shared simple and practical acupoint knowledges with the guests. It was a meaningful session to help everyone learn how daily acupoint care can promote relaxation and overall well-being.

The mommies were truly blessed with loving daughters learning alongside with them, they can now enjoy a wellness care right at home. ❤️
